Rosewood Elan 12 Non-Cutaway

I sent this instrument to a friend in Southeast BC in late February 2020 for a course he was teaching.  Needless to say with the world shutting down over the next few weeks getting the guitar back was not a high priority.  The instrument recently returned to the Lower Mainland and was well taken care of during its Kootenay sojourn.  It is in mint condition and meets all the standard expectations for the fit, finish and setup of any new Park guitar.
