This guitar was delivered in August 2018.  The owner is down sizing their collection and returned  it to Vancouver for an inspection.  The guitar is in like-new condition with the only blemish being on the neck portion of the guitar's case.  It is a great sounding, fast playing upgraded instrument at a friendly price.  The specs for the guitar are as follows:
